Mount Talamau

Mount Talamau has a very beautiful natural charm. The reason is, this mountain has many beautiful lakes when compared to other mountains in Indonesia.

At an altitude of 2,750 meters above sea level, there are 13 lakes that have their own beauty. The names of the lakes have mystical and unique nuances.

Of the 13 lakes, 4 of them are rarely seen by climbers, while the other 9 lakes are often found by climbers who visit this mountain.

The thirteen lakes on Mount Talamau are Talago Biru, Talago Buluah Parindu, Talago Cindua Mato, Talago Imbang Langik, Talago Lumuik, Talago Mandeh Rubiah, Talago Puti Bungsu, Talago Sangka Bulan, Talago Rajo Dewa, Talago Satwa, Talago Siuntang Sudah, Talago Tapian Puti Mambang Surau, and Talago Tapian Sutan Bagindo.

In addition to the existence of 13 unique lakes, Mount Talamau also has a number of amazing waterfalls.

One of the famous waterfalls is the Puti Lenggogeni waterfall, which has a height of about 100 meters.
